高压氧治疗在病毒性脑炎患儿中的临床应用价值

目的:探讨高压氧治疗在病毒性脑炎患儿中的临床应用价值。方法:将46例病毒性脑膜炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，各23例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组则在常规治疗基础上加用高压氧治疗，收集并比较2组患儿治疗前和治疗后10 d、20 d及30 d的血清神经功能相关指标，包括神经元特异性烯醇化酶、神经生长因子及脑脊液髓鞘碱性蛋白；外周血T淋巴细胞亚群，包括CD3+、自然杀伤细胞及CD4/CD8；脑氧代谢指标，包括混合静脉血氧饱和度、过氧化钙及动-颈内静脉血氧含量差。结果:治疗前2组患儿的血清神经功能相关指标、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及脑氧代谢指标差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；2组患儿治疗后上述9个指标均有不同程度的好转（P<0.05~P<0.01），且观察组治疗后10 d、20 d及30 d上述9个指标的检测结果均优于对照组同时间点的检测结果（P<0.05）。结论:高压氧治疗在病毒性脑炎患儿中的临床应用价值较高，对于患儿的神经功能、免疫功能及脑氧代谢状态均有积极的改善作用。

The clinical application value of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of viral encephalitis in children

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of viral encephalitis in children. Methods:Forty-six children with viral meningitis were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(23 cases each group).The control group and observation group were treated with routine method and hyperbaric oxygen based on routine method, respectively.The serum indicators related to neural function in two groups before treatment and 10 d,20 d and 30 d after treatment were detected,and the results of whose between two groups were compared.Results:The differences of the serum indicators related to neural function,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and cerebral oxygen metabolism index between two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,these indicators were improved to a certain degree(P<0.05 to P<0.01),and the results of indicators after 10 d,20 d and 30 d of treatment in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions:The clinical value of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of viral encephalitis is high,which can positively improve the neural function,immune function and cerebral oxygen metabolism of children.
