医学院校吸烟男生对吸烟风险认知的质性研究

目的:深入了解医学院校吸烟男生对吸烟风险的认知，探索维持吸烟行为的主观因素。方法:采用现象学研究方法，对13名医学院吸烟男生进行深入访谈。结果:医学院校吸烟男生对吸烟风险的认知可归纳为3个主题:吸烟风险认知的获取途径、对吸烟潜在风险的认知和生活态度。结论:认同吸烟有害健康的论断不是弃烟行为的促动因素，吸烟风险认知的片面性和负性生活态度是维持吸烟行为潜在的主观因素，在对医学生吸烟行为干预之前，首先要协助其建立正确的吸烟风险意识和价值观念。

A qualitative study of the smoking risk cognition of male smoking students in medical college

Objective:To understand the smoking risk cognition of male smoking students in medical college, and explore the subjective factor of smoking behavior. Methods:Thirteen male smoking medical college students were deeply investigated using the phenomenological methodology. Results:The smoking risk cognition of male smoking students in medical college included the acquiring way of smoking risk cognition, awareness of the potential risk of smoking, and life attitude. Conclusions:The harmful to health of smoking is not an promoting factor of quitting smoking,and the one-sidedness of smoking risk cognition and negative life attitude are the potential subjective factors of smoking behavior. Before intervening the smoking behavior among medical students, the smoking risk awareness and values should be correctly established at first.
