摘    要:目的:调查安徽省全科医生培训状况,探讨当前全科医生培训存在问题及相应对策。方法:采用方便抽样法,抽取安徽省部分社区医院和乡镇卫生院共195名全科医生作为调查对象,使用自编问卷进行调查。结果:医学知识主要来源为短期培训的人数占30.8%。近2年参加培训的全科医生比例为72.4%,其中认为培训使知识能力有"明显提高""一定提高""无变化"的人数分别占46.9%、50.4%、2.7%;不能参加培训的主要原因依次为"培训内容对工作帮助不大"(30.8%)、"工作忙没时间"(25.6%)、"经济问题"(23.1%)、"领导没安排"(17.9%)等。在培训组织形式中,参与人数比例和对其高评价人数比例差值较大的项目有:培训地点中的全科卫生院(17.7%:48.1%);培训方式中的接受上级医生指导(27.4%:55.1%)、临床进修(37.25%:75.0%);培训内容的中医中药技术(19.5%:48.7%)。是否参加培训的全科医生工作胜任感差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:培训参与率不高,主要原因可归结为培训体制和内容两个因素;培训组织形式与全科医生需求间具有一定差距;应当进一步完善培训体制,提高培训实效性。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the training condition of general practitioners(GP) in Anhui province,explore the problems during the GP training,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods: By the convenient sampling method,195 GPs in community hospital or township health center from Anhui province were investigated using self-made questionnaire.Results: The 30.8% GPs learned the medical knowledge in short-term training.The ratio of the GPs participatng training in recent 2 years was 72.4%,the ratios of "significantly","in a certain extent",and "no effect" in the ability and knowledge training were 46.9%,50.4% and 2.7%,respectively.The ratios of "training content no help very much","no time because of work","economic problem" "the leader no plan" among the reasons for no participating training were 30.8%,25.6%,23.1% and 17.9%,respectively.In the organization mode of training,the large disparity of the proportions of participants and high assessment in township health center were 17.7% and 48.1%,in superior doctors guidance were 27.4% and 55.1%,in clinical training were 37.25% and 75.0%,and in traditional Chinese medicine technology training were 19.5% and 48.7%.There was statistical significance in the sense of work competence of whether to participate in the training between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions: The training system and content are the main reasons of low participation rate,and the training organization can not fully meet the needs of the GPs.The training system should be improved to increase the training effects.
