呼吸道感染儿童呼吸道病原体检测分析

摘    要:目的:研究安徽省六安市小儿呼吸道感染的病原体分布情况,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法:对2014年6月至2016年5月3 466例住院呼吸道感染患儿的血清标本,采用间接免疫荧光法检测11项病原体的IgM抗体,对患儿的阳性检出率进行统计学分析。结果:患儿至少一种病原体检测结果为阳性的检出率为31.4%,其中阳性检出率最高的是肺炎支原体,其次为乙型流感病毒和腺病毒。同时2种及2种以上的病原体感染的患儿,病原体感染阳性检出率为2.9%。男患儿阳性检出率高于女患儿,春冬季病原体检出率高于秋夏季节。结论:安徽省六安市呼吸道感染病原体检出率最高的是肺炎支原体,肺炎支原体临床上多与其他病原体病毒混合感染。

Abstract:Objective: To research the pathogens distribution of children's respiratory tract infection in Lu'an city of Anhui province in order to provide the reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: The IgM antibodies of 11 different pathogens in the serum specimens from 3 466 children with respiratory tract infection from June 2014 to May 2016 were detected using the indirect immunofluorescence,and the positive detection rate of which was statistically analyzed.Results: The positive detection rate of pathogen in children with one pathogen infection was 31.4% at least,the positive detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) was the highest,and followed by Influenza B virus and Adenovirus.The positive detection rate of pathogen in children with two or more than two kinds of pathogens infection was 2.9%.The positive detection rate of pathogen in boy was higher than that in girl,and which in spring and winter season was higher than that in summer and autumn season.Conclusions: The detection rate of MP in respiratory tract infection in Lu'an city of Anhui province is the highest.The infection of MP mixed with other pathogens is normal in clinic.
