神经阻滞联合干扰电疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

目的:探讨神经阻滞联合干扰电疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（postherpetic neuralgia，PHN）的有效性及安全性。方法:选择PHN病人60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组病人口服普瑞巴林，给予相应部位的肋间神经阻滞治疗；观察组同样口服普瑞巴林，给予相应部位肋间神经阻滞联合干扰电疗法。2组均治疗8周。比较2组病人治疗前后的视觉模拟评分（VAS）和睡眠质量评分（QS）。结果:治疗后2组病人的VAS评分和QS评分均较治疗前明显下降 （P<0.01），且观察组VAS评分和QS评分均较对照组下降更明显（P<0.01）；2组病人治疗总有效率均为100%，但观察组显效多于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:神经阻滞联合干扰电疗法能有效缓解或解除PHN病人疼痛，且方法简便易行，安全性较好，无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect of the nerve block combined with interference electrotherapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of nerve block combined with interference electrotherapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:Sixty patients with PHN were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(30 cases each group).The control group was treated with oral pregabalin combined with corresponding intercostal nerve block,and the observation group was treated with oral pregabalin combined with corresponding intercostal nerve block and interference electrotherapy for 8 weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS),and sleep quality score(QS) in two groups between before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and QS score in two groups significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the decreasing degrees of VAS score and QS score in observation group were more obvious than those in control group(P<0.01).The total effective rates in two groups were 100%,but the marked effect case in observation group was more than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Nerve block combined with interference electrotherapy can effectively relieve or remove the pain in PHN patients,which is simple,feasible,safe,and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
