迟发性外伤性颅内血肿113例临床特点及影像学特征分析

目的：对外伤性迟发性颅内血肿113例临床特点及其影像学特征进行分析。方法：对1995-01～2003-03期间住院治疗的外伤性迟发性颅内血肿患病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果：在同期住院治疗的1574例颅脑损伤患中，有113例(7.2％)患出现迟发性颅内血肿或因迟发性颅内血肿入院手术治疗．术后恢复良好18例(15．9％)．中残29例(25．7％)，重残25例(22．1％)，植物生存17例(15．1％)，死亡24例(21．2％)。结论：外伤性迟发性颅内血肿有其明确的临床特点和典型的影像学特征，及早发现，及时手术抢救治疗，能显改善外伤性迟发性颅内血肿的预后。

Clinical and Radiographic Features of the Delayed Traumatic Intracranial Hematoma in 113 Patients

Objective;To summarize and analyse clinical features and radiographic characteristics of the delayed traumatic intracranial hematoma. Methods: Clinical data of 113 patients admitted to our hospital from January 1995 to march 2003 with delayed traumatic intracranial hematoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Of the 1574 patients with head injury admitted to our hospital in the same period,there were 113 patients with delayed traumatic intracraial hematoma. 18 cases got good recovery(15. 9%);29 cases moderate disability (25. 7%), 25 cases severe disability (22. 1%),17 cases vegetative (15. 1%) and 24 cases died (21. 2% ). Conclusion: Prognoses of patients with delayed traumatic intracranial hematoma could be good by early discovery and operation based on typical clinical features and radiographic characteristics.
