| 摘 要： | 目的：评价仙璐贝治疗急性鼻窦炎的疗效及安全性。方法：采用随机、多中心、平行对照的研究方法。100例急性鼻窦炎病人随机分为2组,单药组50例,口服仙璐贝滴剂1日3次,d1～3每次100滴,d4～7每次50滴。综合组50例,除服用上述仙璐贝外,同时加用抗生素、鼻腔减充血剂、糖皮质激素。结果：单药组与综合组治疗急性鼻窦炎的显效率分别为98%和96%,2组间差异无显著意义（P＞0．05）。结论：仙璐贝滴剂是治疗急性鼻窦炎的一种安全有效药物。 |

| Abstract: | AIM:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sinupret in the treatment of acute sinusitis.METHODS:One hundred patients with acute sinusitis were randomized into two groups.Fifty patients in simple Sinupret group were given Sinupret orally (3 times daily,100 drops for d 1-3,50 drops for d 4-7). Fifty patients in composite group were given antibiotics,decongestant and glucocorticoid based on sinupret. RESULTS:The effective rates were 98% and 96% in simple Sinupret group and composite group, respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Sinupret is safety and efficacy in the treatment of acute sinusitis. |
