彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断限制型心肌病

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断限制型心肌病的准确性。方法对5例限制型心肌病患者的彩色多普勒超声心动图特点进行总结、分析。结果限制型心肌病的彩色多普勒超声心动图特征较明显,表现为心肌、心内膜增厚、回声增强、致密;房室瓣受累;室壁舒张运动受限。除1例误诊为缩窄性心包炎外,彩色多普勒超声心动图均可作出正确诊断。结论超声对限制型心肌病能提供重要的诊断依据,最终确诊则必须依靠病理学检查。

Color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of restrictive cardiomyopathy

Objective To investigate the accuracy of color echocardiography in the diagnosis of restrictive cardiomyopathy. Method The characteristics of color Doppler echocardiography of 5 cases restrictive cardiomyopathy were summarized and analyzed. Results The characteristics of restrictive myocardiopathy in color Doppler echocardiography were obvious, express by hypertrophy of myocardia and thickness of endocardium increasing echo and higher density atrium-ventricular value involvement , limitation of ventricular dilatation movement color Doppler echocardiography can made correct diagnosis except one case misdiagnose as constrictive pericarditis. Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis can offer important diagnostic evidence in the diagnosis of restrictive cardiomyopathy , but the final diagnosis must depend on pathologic examination.
