糖尿病患者社区干预效果评价

目的探讨糖尿病患者社区运动干预的效果,从而有助于血糖、血脂、血压、体质量等的控制。方法选取上海市某社区的2型糖尿病患者,分为运动组(n=133)、综合组(n=200)和对照组(n=140),实施为期8个月的干预和随访,并对其血糖等各项指标进行监测。结果运动干预和综合干预均能有效降低糖尿病患者的空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2 h血糖水平,综合干预使FBG下降的幅度明显大于运动干预(P<0.05);运动干预和综合干预均能明显降低总胆固醇水平(P<0.05),而综合干预对降低糖尿病患者的甘油三酯效果更好(P<0.01)。结论在社区基础上进行的运动干预能有效控制糖尿病患者的血糖和危险因素,但若结合饮食控制和(或)药物治疗进行综合干预,则能更好、更快地达到疗效。

Evaluation of community-based intervention for diabetic patients

Objective To investigate the role of community-based intervention among diabetic patients for the control of blood glucose,blood fat,blood pressure and body weight. Methods Patients in a specific community with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected in the study,with 133 in the exercise group,200 in the integration group and 140 in the control group.Intervention and followup were conducted for 8 months,and clinical parameters including blood glucose were detected. Results Both exercise and integrated therapeutics could decrease the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG) and postprandial 2-h blood glucose,with a more significant descending degree in the integration group than the exercise group(P<0.05).Both exercise and integrated therapeutics could decrease the levels of total cholesterol in diabetic patients(P<0.05),while integrated therapeutics had a better effect in decreasing the levels of triglyceride(P<0.01). Conclusion Community-based exercise therapeutics could effectively control the blood glucose and risk factors for diabetic patients.However,the integrated therapeutics,which combines exercise intervention,dietary management and/or medicinal treatment,may yield better results.
