青少年视网膜脱离的裂孔特征

目的 探讨青少年视网膜脱离的视网膜裂孔特点。方法 对３０例２０岁以下的视网膜脱离患者回顾性统计其视网膜裂孔的形态、位置、大小、数目和患眼的屈光状态等，并进行分析总结。结果 青少年视网膜脱离的网膜裂孔以圆形萎缩孔为主，占７６．２％；裂孔位于颞下方者占５０．８％，伴有近视屈光不正者占９３．３％。结论 青少年网脱有不同于其它年龄组的自身特点，对其的深入了解有助于提高临床诊治水平。

Analysis of Retinal Tear of Juvenile Retinal Detachment

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of retinal tear of the juvenile retinal detachment. Methods Direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy and three-mirror contact lens exa minations were performed on 30 consecutive cases aged under 20 years old. Data including the refractive status and the properties of the retinal holes which were compared with that of the total population. Results The shape of the retinal tear was mainly the degenerative round holes, which took up 76.2% of the total; the retinal tear locating at inferior-temporal quadrant took up 50.8% and 93.3% of the eyes were myopia. Conclusion Juvenile retinal detachments had specific characteristics of its own, the further understanding of it would be contributive to the clinical diagnosis and therapy.
