| 摘 要： | 应用ELISA法检测了54例原发性肝癌和其他肝病患者血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)水平。结果显示原发性肝癌患者血清AFU浓度显著高于其他疾病组和对照组(P<0.01)。AFU对原发性肝癌的诊断敏感性为74.1％,特异性为98.8％,准确度为88.9％,且AFU水平与甲胎蛋白(AFP)及肝癌直径大小之间无相关性,提示血清AFU检测对原发性肝癌的诊断及鉴别诊断有一定价值,尤其对AFP阴性肝癌及小肝癌具有更重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Serum alpha-L-fucosidase( AFU) levels were determined in 54 patients with hepatocellular carci-noma(HCC), 51 with benign liver diseases, 10 with carcinoma in other organ and 20 healthy controls.The results showed that serum AFU level in HCC patients was significantly higher than that in other groups(all p<0.01).For the diagnosis of HCC, the sensitivity of AFU was 74.1 %, specificity 98.8% and accuracy 88.9%.The serum levels of AFU were not correlated with the serum levels of AFP or the diameters of HCC lesions.These results suggest that serum AFU level is a useful marker in the diagnosis of HCC, especially in the serum AFP negative HCC. |
