血管生成素-2在食管鳞癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的初步探讨血管生成素-2(Angiopoietin-2,Ang-2)在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤病理分级、浸润和转移的关系。方法采用S-P免疫组织化学方法,对85例食管鳞癌及22例正常食管组织中的Ang-2表达水平进行检测,并与肿瘤病理分级、浸润深度及淋巴结转移情况进行统计学分析。结果85例食管鳞癌组织中,57例Ang-2表达呈阳性,阳性率为67.06%,显著高于Ang-2在正常食管组织中的表达(P<0.05)。Ang-2表达与肿瘤病理分级和淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。结论Ang-2的表达与食管鳞癌的临床分期及病理分级呈正相关,提示Ang-2促进肿瘤新生血管形成,参与食管鳞癌的发生和发展,可作为反映食管癌进展的生物学指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) in human squamous carcinoma of esophagus and determine it's relationship with pathological grades, infiltration and metastasis factors. Methods S-P immunochemical method was performed to detect the expression of Ang-2 in esophagus tissues from 54 cases with squamous carcinoma of esophagus and 22 normal persons. The pathological grades, infiltration and metastasis factors were statistically analyzed. Results Of 54 cases with squamous carcinoma of esophagus, 37 cases had positive expression of Ang-2, with positive rate of 67.06, which was significantly higher than that in normal esophagus (P<0.05). The expression rate of Ang-2 increased significantly with the increase of pathological grading and lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusions The expression of Ang-2 may be positively related to clinical stages and pathological grades in squamous carcinoma of esophagus, indicating that Ang-2 may be involved in the neovascularization of carcinoma and in the occurrence and progression of squamous carcinoma of esophagus and hence can be a useful biological predictor of progression in esophageal carcinoma.
