原发性肝癌患者手术治疗前后血浆Hcy和血清FA、VitB12检测的临床意义

目的:探讨了原发性肝癌患者手术治疗前后的血清Hcy、FA和VitB12水平的变化及临床意义。方法:分别应用免疫法和放射免疫分析对33例原发性肝癌患者进行了血清Hcy和FA、VitB12含量检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:原发性肝癌患者在手术治疗前血清Hcy水平非常显著地高于正常人(P<0.01)。而FA、VitB12水平则显著地低于正常人(P<0.01)。治疗后3个月则与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:测定原发性肝癌患者手术治疗前后血清Hcy、FA和VitB12水平的变化对其病情和预后判断均具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Significance ofDetermination of Changes of Plasma Hcy and Serum Folic Acid,VitminB12 Levels AfterOperation in Patients with Primary Hepatic Cancer

Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of plasma Hcy and serum FA VitB(12) levels after operation in patients with primary hepatic cancer.Methods Plasma Hcy levels was measured with immuno-chemistry and serum folic acid,vitamin B(12) levels were detected with RIA in 33 patients with primary hepatic cancer both before and after operation as well as in 35 controls.Results Before operation plasma levels of Hcy in the patients were higher than those in the controls(P<0.01),while the serum levels of FA and VitB(12) in the patients were significantly lower than those in the controls(P<0.001).Three months after operation,these levels were approaching normal(P>0.05).Conclusion Determination of plasma Hcy and serum folic acid,VitB(12) levels is useful in the assessment of clinical course in patients with primary hepatic cancer.
