| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨额眶颧骨膜下除皱与ＳＭＡＳ提紧联合除皱术的临床效果。方法 额眶颧部采用骨膜下分离，同时面部采用ＳＭＡＳ除皱，耳前制作ＳＭＡＳ舌瓣及眼轮匝肌向外上、外下、外侧同时提紧以消除中皱纹。结果 本组２６例术后上下面部及双眼角除皱均达理想效果。无１例并发症。结论 采用额眶颧骨膜下除皱及ＳＭＡＳ提紧联合除皱术，能够解决皮肤衰老的解剖生理的根本问题，术后面部及双眼角除皱能达到较理想状态，是一种行之有效的

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of the subperiosteal facial lifting and tighten SMAS facial lifting. Methods Orbital and zygomatic subperiosteal facial lifting and tighten SMAS facial lifting were employed. A tongue-shape SMAS flap was made in front of the ear. The orbicular muscle of eye ware tighten toward up,down and lateral togehter. Results We had pro formed subperiosteal facial lifting and blepharoplasty operation on 26 patients with good ideal effcts. Conclusion The technigue of subperiosteal facial lifting with tighter SMAS facial lifting is a effective method to slove the skin senility in anatomical physiology,unflod the wrinkles on the face. |
