| 摘 要： | 目的:探索AGGF1在肝癌中的表达情况及与肝癌患者预后的关系。方法:对180例肝癌组织及癌旁组织进行AGGF1免疫组织化学检测，并对其表达与患者预后的关系进行分析。结果:AGGF1在肝癌组织中的表达比癌旁组织高(P<0.001)，Kaplan-Meier曲线分析发现AGGF1表达高的患者生存较差(P=0.002)。COX回归模型分析发现AGGF1可以作为一个独立指标预测肝癌患者术后生存。结论:肝癌患者AGGF1高表达预示着较差预后,并且AGGF1可以作为一个独立因素来预测肝癌患者术后生存。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the expression of AGGF1 in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC），investigate their relationships with the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:All 180 HCC tissues and pericancer tissues were determine by immunohistochemistry（IHC），prognoses of 180 patients was analysed by Kaplan-Meier curve and COX regression.Results:The expression of AGGF1 in HCC tissues was higher than the pericancer(P<0.001).The survival rate of patients with high AGGF1 expression was poorer than patients with low AGGF1 expression (P=0.002).The COX model analysis found that AGGF1 expression was independent biomarker in progression of HCC patients.Conclusion:The high expression of AGGF1 predict poorer prognosis in HCC patients. |
