S-1联合GC方案新辅助化疗治疗膀胱腺癌（附8例报告）

目的:评价S-1联合GC方案行新辅助化疗在局部晚期膀胱腺癌治疗中的疗效。方法:对8例局部晚期膀胱腺癌患者行新辅助化疗，方案为吉西他滨1.0g/m2，d1，8+顺铂20mg/m2，d1-5，静脉滴注，联合S-1 50mg，bid，d1-14，每21天为一周期，每2周期进行疗效评价一次，视病灶缩小情况决定是否行全膀胱切除术。结果:8例患者均耐受化疗，疗效评价6例PR，2例CR。7例顺利接受手术，术后随访5-24月未见复发转移。1例CR患者未及时接受手术，3个月后肿瘤快速进展。结论:S-1联合GC方案新辅助化疗治疗不能手术的局部晚期膀胱腺癌安全有效。

Neoadjuvant chemotherapy with S - 1 + GC for primary adenocarcinomas of the urinary bladder(8 cases report)

Objective:To observe the feasibility and effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with gemcitabine and cisplatin and S-1 （GC+S-1） for patients with primary adenocarcinomas of the urinary bladder in locally advanced stage.Methods:Eight cases with primary adenocarcinomas of the urinary bladder in locally advanced stage were eligible for this study.All the patients received gemcitabine （1.0g/m2） on d1,8 and cisplatin （20mg/m2，d1-5），followed by S-1 50mg bid on d1-14，every 21 days as a cycle.Evaluate curative effect every two cycle and decide whether to perform total cystectomy.Results:All patients successfully completed the treatment without serious side effects.2 patients were evaluated as complete remission （CR)，6 patients as partial remission （PR).7 of them received cystectomy and were followed up 5-24 months after operation，no recurrence and metastasis occurred.1 CR patient refused to have operation died of recurrence.Conclusion:Despite the limitations，the results of our study have shown that the neoadjuvant chemotherapy with the GC+S-1 regiments for primary adenocarcinomas of the urinary bladder in locally advanced stage patients are safe and effective.
