| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者血清肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）活性高于肌酸激酶（CK）的原因。方法:在VITROS5600全自动生化免疫分析仪上测定恶性肿瘤患者血清CK-MB和CK活性。结果:5612例恶性肿瘤患者血清中139例CK-MB活性高于CK活性，占恶性肿瘤患者的2.5%。恶性肿瘤患者中，O型与B型血占65%。结论:CK-MB活性高于CK活性除了方法学所致原因之外，恶性肿瘤患者免疫力低下或病情加重也是重要的影响因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the reason of malignant tumor patients' serum CK-MB higher than CK.Methods:Use VITROS5600 automatic biochemical analyzer to determine malignant patients serum CK-MB and CK activity.Results:In 139 cases of 5612 malignant tumors patients,CK-MB activity is higher than that of CK activity，accounting for 2.5%.Among these malignant tumor patients，O- and B-type blood accounted for 65%.Conclusion:Other than methodology reasons，immune system disorder and sicker patients are also factors that lead to CK-MB activity higher than CK. |
