| 摘 要： | microRNA是一类非蛋白编码的微小RNA分子，在人类多种生理和病理过程中起着重要的调节作用。越来越多的证据表明，miRNA和食管癌关系十分密切。本文就miRNA在食管癌中的表达、对食管癌生物学特性的影响和对食管癌治疗、预后的价值及研究进展等方面作一综述。

| Abstract: | microRNA is a group of non-protein coding small RNA molecules.It plays important regulatory roles in variety of physiological and pathological processes in human being.More and more evidences indicated that，the relationship between miRNA and esophageal cancer was inseparable.In this article，miRNA expression in esophageal cancer，the impact on the biological characteristics of esophageal cancer，treatment，prognosis value and advance for esophageal cancer were reviewed. |
