摘    要:目的:建立高效毛细管电泳法同时测定草珊瑚药材中异秦皮啶和反丁烯二酸的含量。方法:电泳条件为未涂层石英毛细管柱62.5cm(50cm to the detector)×75μm;背景电解质(BGE)为7.5mmol·L^-1硼砂-磷酸二氢钠(用NaH2PO4调pH=8.70);运行电压25kV;柱温23℃;进样量0.4psi(3sec);检测波长为:210nm。结果:异秦皮啶在1.25-40μg·ml^-1之间线性关系良好,反丁烯二酸在12.5-200μg·ml^-1之间线性关系良好。结论:该方法稳定可靠,可为草珊瑚药材质量控制提供新的参考。

Abstract:Objective:To determine isofraxidin and fumaric acid in Sarcandra glabra by High Pefermance Electrophoresis(HPCE).Methods:A 62.5 cm(50 cm to the detector) × 75 μm uncoated capillary was used.The background electrolyte(BGE) was a 7.5 mmol·L^-1 sodium biphosphate dihydrate containing 7.5 mmol/L borate solution(pH 8.7).The detective wavelength was at 210 nm and 25 kV was applied,the sample hydrodynamic injection 0.4 ps(duration time 3sec).Results:Isofraxidin had a good linearity in the range of 1.25-40 μg·ml^-1,Fumaric acid had a good linearity in the range of 1.25-40 μg·ml^-1.Conclusion:the method is stability and realibility,which could supply new referance for quality control of Sarcandra glabra.
