雷公藤药酒治疗类风湿关节炎392例

目的 :评价雷公藤药酒治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的有效性与安全性。方法 :5 88例病人分为治疗组 392例 ,男性 10 1例 ,女性 2 91例 ,年龄 (4 2±s8)a ,单用雷公藤药酒 10mL ,po ,bid ;对照组 196例 ,男性 4 7例 ,女性 14 9例 ,用吲哚美辛 2 5mg ,po ,tid ,布洛芬 2粒 ,po ,tid ,治疗 ,0 .5a评价疗效。结果 :治疗 0 .5a关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛、握力、晨僵症状治疗组均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。 2组临床治愈、显效、无效例数分别为 3,15 1,4 2例和 2 1,341,30例(P <0 .0 1)。治疗组不良反应发生率 30 .5 %。结论 :雷公藤药酒治疗RA有肯定的控制病情的缓解症状的作用

Medicated wine of Tripterygium wilfordii in treating rheumatoid arthritis in 392 patients

AIM: To evaluate the effect and safety of Medicated wine of Tripterygium Wilfordii in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA). METHODS: Five humdred and eighty-eight patients were divided into the treatment group(392) (M 101,F 291,age(42±s8)a)who were treated exclusively with 10 mL of the Medicated wine of Tripterypiun wilfordii,po, bid; and the control group (196,M47,F149)who were treated with indomethalin 25 mg, po, tid and ibuprofen 2 pills, po, tid. The effect was evaluated after 0.5 a treatment. RESULTS:After 0.5 a treatment, the treatment group got better effectiveness than the control group in such symptons as joint pain, swelling, pressing pain, weak holding strength, and morning stiffness(P< 0.01). Clinical cured, effective and none effective ratio of the two groups were as follows:3,151,42 and 21,341,30(P< 0.01).The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 30.5%. CONCLUSION:The Medicated wine of Tripterygium wilfordii has positive functions in controlling and reducing symptoms when used in treating RA.
