米非司酮配伍桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤疗效观察

目的观察米非司酮配伍桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及对患者血清激素的影响。方法将142例确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者进行药物治疗,将其随机分为两组,治疗组口服桂枝茯苓胶囊及米非司酮,桂枝茯苓胶囊0.93g,3次/d,米非司酮12.5mg,1次/d,均从月经来潮第3天开始服用,连服3个月为1个疗程;对照组单独口服米非司酮12.5mg,1次/d,共服3个月。结果两组服用米非司酮期间均闭经,血红蛋白上升,子宫肌瘤平均体积均明显缩小,血清性激素水平明显下降,治疗组远期复发率、血清孕酮浓度明显优于对照组,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍桂枝茯苓胶囊是中西医结合保守治疗子宫肌瘤的一种经济实用方法。

The Efficacy Observation about Mifepristone with Guizhifuling Capsule Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

Objective To observe the effect about Guizhifuling capsule with mifepristone treatment of uterine leiomyoma and the serum hormone. Methods 142 patients with diagnosed uterine f ibroids in patients with drug therapy were randomly divided into treatment group was treated with mifepristone and Guizhifuling capsules,Guizhifuling capsule 0.93g,3 times a day,m non-Secretary ketone 12.5mg,1 day,all from menstrual cramps to start taking the f irst 3 days,even for 3 months to 1 course of treatment;the control group alone mifepristone 12.5mg,1 times/d,a total of 3 months service. Results During the two groups taking mifepristone amenorrhea,increased hemoglobin,mean uterine volume was signif icantly reduced,serum sex hormone levels decreased signif icantly in the treatment group long-term recurrence rate,serum progesterone levels were signif icantly higher than the control group,two groups There was a signif icant difference（P〈0.05） . Conclusion Mifepristone with Guizhifuling capsule is the integrative conservative treatment of uterine f ibroids an economical and practical way.
