| 摘 要： | 目的：明确牙周基础治疗与口腔幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacterpylori,Hp）存在的关系。分析胃Hp与口腔Hp的基因型,以明确胃与口腔的Hp是否具有同源性。方法：选择胃Hp阳性并伴菌斑Hp阳性患者（6例）的胃黏膜、菌斑样本共10份（胃黏膜4份,菌斑6份）。对比分析其中5位患者和1位家属胃和口腔PCR产物的序列。结果：胃和口腔Hp的序列相比较,相同者1例,可能相同者1例,有1～4个碱基不同者2例。1例患者及其家属口腔中均检出Hp,两者的序列有3个不同。结论：口腔中有可能同时存在多个Hp菌株,口腔Hp与胃黏膜Hp基因型相同或基本相同,口腔Hp与胃Hp感染的复发或再感染有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate whether initial periodontal therapy may affect the presence of oral Helicobacter pylori(Hp),and to compare the genotype of Helicobacter pylori in oral cavity and that in stomach. Method:6 patients with gastric Hp and periodontitis were enrolled in this study. DNA sequence of PCR products of 5 patients and 1 Hp infected patients relative was compared and analyzed.
