单切口治疗双踝骨折的临床体会

目的 评价双踝骨折的单切口手术治疗效果.方法 2000年1月～2003年7月,共收治24例双踝骨折患者,治疗以单切口入路,应用拉力螺钉、1/3管形钢板、腓骨远端钢板等内固定,通过10～24个月的随访,了解患踝活动度、疼痛、肿胀情况.结果 所有患者切口愈合良好,骨折均得到满意复位及牢固的内固定,踝关节功能满意.结论 单切口行双踝骨折内固定术具有创伤小、操作简便及踝关节功能恢复好等优点,是一种治疗双踝骨折的理想方法.

Clinical experience of single incision in treatment for double ankle fractures

Objective] To evaluate the effects of single-incision surgical treatment for double ankle fractures. Methods] 24 cases of double ankle fractures were included in this study from January 2000 to July 2003. Treated with single-incision, using lag screws, 1/3 tubular plate and distal fibular anatomic plate internal fixation. All cases were followed up for 10~24 months, and were evaluated from pain, range of motion and function. Results] The incision of all cases were well healed. The double ankle fractures were got well reposition and internal fixation. The functions of ankle joint were satisfied. Conclusion] The method of single-incision and internal fixation for treating double ankle fractures has the following advantages: the trauma is slight, the operation is simple, the function of ankle joint recovery is perfect. It is an ideal treatment for double ankle fractures.
