开放管理对精神分裂症患者康复效果影响的对照研究

目的：探讨精神分裂症患者治疗过程中实施开放管理对康复效果的影响。方法：随机将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的住院精神分裂症患者200例分为研究组和对照组，每组各100例，疗程为3个月。研究组在治疗过程中实施开放管理和康复指导。应用简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、社会功能筛选量表（SDSS）、大体疗效评定量表（GAS）评价治疗效果，并对住院天数及住院费用进行比较。结果：3个月后研究组BPRS总分及焦虑抑郁和缺乏活力因子分均明显低于对照组，GAS评分明显高于对照组，SDSS总分及因子分明显高于对照组。研究组治疗费用明显低于对照组。结论：精神分裂症患者治疗过程中实施开放管理康复效果明显。

Control study on rehabilitation effect of family administration for schizophrenia

Objective:To study rehabilitation effect of family administration for schizophrenia.Methods:200 patients met schizophrenia criteria of CCMD-3 were divided into research group(n=100) and control group(n=100)randomly.Two group were treated for 3 months and family administration and rehabilitation guidance were employed on research group .Employed BPRS,SDSS and GAS to evaluate rehabilitation effect and statistic cost of hospitalization respectively.Results: After 3 months' treatment,BPRS total scores,anxious-depressive and inactivity factor scores in research group are shorter than in control group.GAS scores and SDSS total sores and factors scores in research group are higher than in control group.Cost of hospitalization in research group is lower than in control group.Conclusions: family administration and rehabilitation guidance is more efficient than closed administration on schizophrenia.
