| 摘 要： | 目的：比较鼻中隔成形术和改良鼻中隔成形术的方法及疗效，以进一步完善鼻中隔成形术的相关操作。方法：回顾分析176例鼻中隔成形术、124例改良鼻中隔成形术的临床资料。结果：176例鼻中隔成形术中，3例再偏曲，2例需二次手术。124例行改良鼻中隔成形术者均恢复良好。结论：改良鼻中隔成形术，可保留更多的鼻中隔骨和软骨，且术后恢复良好，操作简便易行。

| Abstract: | To compare the method and curative effect of nasal septum figuration surgery and modified nasal septum figuration surgery and to perfect the operation. Method： The clinical data of 176 cases of nasal septum figuration surgery and 124 cases of modified nasal septum figuration surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Among the 176 cases of nasal septum figuration surgery, 3 suffered from nasal septum deviation again, 2 needed further surgeries. All the 124 cases of modifid nasal septum figuration surgeries turned out to be good. Conclusion： Modified nasal septum figuration surgery is good in preserving more bone and cartilage of nasal septum, and it is easy to perform with good prognosis. |
