| 摘 要： | 目的 筛查冠心病血瘀证相关基因。方法 从临床入手,选择符合冠心病诊断和血瘀证辨证标准的患者,设计对照组,择用3个锚定4个随机引物,进行外周血mRNA差异显示,运用差异显示扫描系统扫描电泳胶图。结果 48条泳道中相同引物不同分组间出现了100余条差异条带。结论 mRNA差异显示是筛查冠心病血瘀证病证结合相关基因差异条带的可行方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective Identify the correlation genes of blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease. Method According to clinical diagnosis, the patients with blood stasis and coronary heart disease are selected as volunteers, and the normal population is set up as control group. In this experiment, we use 3 anchoring and 4 random primers to amplify mRNA samples from periphery blood of volunteers and the differential display results are demonstrated by gel imaging system. Result More than 100 differential bands can be observed in total 48 lanes responsible for different groups. Conclusion mRNA differential display is an applicable method for screening correlation genes of blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease. |
