| 摘 要： | 2011年10月，抽取巴南区城区3个居委会共450人，调查了解其自费接种流感疫苗的意愿及其影响因素。其中，273人愿意白费接种疫苗，占60．7％；年龄、经济状况、健康状况、流感认知情况和疫苗认可度是影响接种意愿的主要因素。

| Abstract: | A total of 450 residents from three neighborhood committees of Ba＇nan were selected to assess their willingness to accept paid influenza vaccine and the influencing factors. Among them, 273 （60. 7% ） were willing to accept paid influenza vaccine. Age, economic status, health, flu recognition and vaccine approval were the major influencing factors of vaccination. |
