手术治疗臂丛神经血管受压征106例

目的观察不同类型臂丛神经血管受压征手术后的疗效，探讨手术指征和手术时机的选择。方法对106例诊断为各型臂丛神经血管受压征的患者，均施行臂丛神经松解手术治疗，术后跟踪随访2年以上，以观察临床疗效。结果99例患者术后随访2年，优75例，良11例，可8例，差5例，优良率86.8％。结论对于临床确诊为臂丛神经血管受压征的患者应早期手术治疗，疗效可靠。

Operation treatment of 106 cases with compressed brachial plexus nerve and blood vessel

Objective To observe the operation effect of different types of compressed brachial plexus nerve and blood vessel,and discuss the choice of operation adoption sign and the time.Methods Tracking and following up 106 patients for 2 years to the clinical effect who were diagnosed as different types of compressed brachial plexus blood vessel and operated on for brachial plexus neurolysis.Results According to Zhanggaomeng's evaluation standard, 99 patients were tracked and followed up for 2 years after operation, 75 patients were excellent grade,11 patients were good grade, 8 patients were subordinate grade.Total rate of being above good grade was 86.8%.Conclusion Earlier operation for the patients with compression of brachial plexus nerve and blood vessel, the effect is reliable.
