| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合石斛爽目颗粒治疗青少年近视的临床疗效。方法将300例单纯性青少年近视患者随机分为2组，治疗组150例给予针刺配合石斛爽目颗粒口服，对照组采用1％复方托吡卡胺点眼。针刺治疗24d，石斛爽目颗粒口服1个月为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96．67％，对照组总有效率31．33％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者锌、钙、锰、硒的含量升高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺配合石斛爽目颗粒治疗青少年近视有良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of combination of acupuncture therapy and Shihu Shuangmu granule on myopia of the teenager. Methods 300 teenager patients with myopia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group （ n = 150） were treated by combination of acupuncture therapy and Shihu Shuangmu granule. Patients in control group （ n = 150） were treated by eyedrop application of Tropicamide. The course was a month in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （96.67%） was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of Zinc, Calcium, Manganum and selenium in treatment group increased in comparison with those in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of acupuncture therapy and Shihu Shuangmu granule has a good effect on myopia of the teenager. |
