| 摘 要： | 女阴尖锐湿疣和湿疣样病变共400例,用HPV—PCR进行检测。结果:306例HPV—DNA阳性诊断为女阴尖锐湿疣,占76.5%。94例HPV—DNA阴性诊断为湿疣样病交,占23.5%。应用HPV—DNA—PCR技术对尖锐湿疣和湿疣样病变进行鉴别诊断和诊断,具有快速准确的特点。另外,本文还对尖锐湿疣和非湿疣性外阴赘生物(湿疣样病变)的肉眼形态特点作了描述。

| Abstract: | In this paper,400 cases of pudenda's verruca acuminata and condylomatosis have been detected by the human papillonavirus polymerase chain reaction. The results 306 cases, which were positive of the human papillonavirus-DNA were diagnosesed to be the verruca acuminata (accounting of 76. 5% of the total cases); 94 case, which were negative of the human papillonavirus-DNA, were diagnosised to be condylomatosis (accounting of 23. 5% of the total cases); A rapid and diagnosis of pudenda's verruca acuminata and condylomatosis is characterized by use of the HPV-DNA-PCR approach.The feature of naked eye appearances of the verruca acuminata and the non-acuminata neoplasm is also described in the paper. |
