| 摘 要： | 病案信息作为重要的医疗信息，当今以不单纯是为医疗、科研、教学所用，而是被全社会共享，它包含公、检、法、保险业、医保中心、伤残鉴定及患者本人等多方面。通过对我院近15年病案信息使用率的分析，可思考如何提高病案质量，确保病案的真实性，把真实、可靠和有说服力的病案信息提供给全社会。
