| 摘 要： | 目的观察口服西咪替丁联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)湿敷预防尖锐湿疣(CA)复发的疗效。方法106例CA患者,在所有疣体用二氧化碳激光一次性去除后,治疗组66例口服西咪替丁0.2 g 3次/d,连用3个月,创面愈合后配以2.5%5-Fu注射液局部及周围2 cm范围湿敷,每周连用4天,停3天,连用4周;对照组40例采用2.5%5-Fu注射液治疗,用法同治疗组,术后3个月评定疗效。结果治疗组复发率为7.58%,对照组为22.50%,两组复发率比较有显著性差异(χ2=4.84,P<0.05)。结论口服西咪替丁联合5-氟尿嘧啶湿敷能明显降低CA患者的复发率,值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficiency of combined cimetidine with 2.5%5-Fluorouracil(5-Fu)in preventing relapse of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods 106 cases of CA were treated with CO_2 Laster.And then 66 patients of them were treated with cimetidine(20 0mg,tid)and 2.5% 5-Fu(Four times per week for one month),the others only were treated with 2.5% 5-Fu in the same way.The therapeutic response were evaluated after 3 mouthes.Results The relapse of the therapeatic group was 7.58% and that of the control group was 22.50%.Compared two groups,there was significanl difference(P<0.05).Conclusion combined cimetidine with 2.5% 5-Fu have high effect in preventing replapse of CA. |
