临床标本中非发酵菌分布及药物敏感性研究

本文介绍了１０１８份临床标本中发酵菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性研究。共分离出非发酵菌１６６株，检出率１６．３％，各类标本以脓汁检出率最高，为４１．８％，其次是分泌物，为１６．９％，痰为１５．９％，１６６株非发酵菌鉴定结果表明，绿脓假单胞菌最多，占５６．６％，其它假单胞菌占２６．５％，假单胞菌以外的占１６．８％，药敏试验结果显示绿脓假单胞菌以及绿脓假单胞菌以外的非发酵菌对丁胺卡那霉素敏感率最高，为９３．

The Destribution and Medicinal Sensitivity Test of Nonfermenters in Clinical Specimens

This paper presented the situation of seperation determination and medicinal sensitivity test of 166 nonformenters in 1018 clinical specimens. The total detection rate was 16. 3% ie 166 sperative nonfermenters. 41. 8 %in pus, 16. 3% in secreta and 15. 9% in sputum.The determinative results of 166 nonfermenters showed that the detection rate of P. acruginosa was 56. 6%. That of Pseudomonas was 26.5% and that of others was 16.8%. The resuts of medicinal sensitivity test showed that the sensitive rate of P. aeruginosa for Amikacmum was 93. 6% and that of nonfermenters for Amikacinum was above 93. 6%. In this artical. the 94 strains of P. aeruginosa were typed. The results showed that the main P. aeruginosa previliled in our district is type 6 the secordary ard type 2.5. 16. 3,these results conform to that reported in our Country.
