摘    要:目的 探讨蛋白酶活化受体2(PAR2)对大鼠肝星状细胞(HSC)分泌单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的调控作用.方法 选用培养7d的SD大鼠HSC并接种于培养板各孔内,分别用不同浓度PAR2激动剂、活性肽、反活性肽和抑制剂刺激,ELISA法检测培养上清MCP-1水平.结果 PAR2激动剂和活性肽可引起HSC MCP-1释放增加,抑制剂可抑制HSC促MCP-1的释放作用,其反活性肽不引起MCP-1释放增加.结论 在大鼠肝纤维化炎症反应中,PAR2可促进HSC分泌MCP-1,促进炎症反应,其反活性肽和抑制剂可能具有抗炎作用.
