甲亢、甲减患者血浆心钠素水平的改变

目的　探讨甲状腺功能亢进症 (甲亢 )、甲状腺功能减退症 (甲减 )病人血浆心钠素 (ANF)水平的改变。　方法　甲亢、甲减病人为观察组 ,献血者为对照组。采用双抗体 -聚乙二醇放免法测定血浆 ANF水平。　结果　(1)甲亢病人治疗前 ANF水平明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,甲减病人治疗前则低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。 (2 )甲亢、甲减治疗前后 ANF水平差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,经治疗后 ANF恢复正常。 (3)甲亢心脏病人 ANF水平明显高于无甲亢心脏病 (P<0 .0 1)。相关分析显示 ANF与 FT3呈正相关 (P<0 .0 1)。　结论　 ANF可作为判断甲状腺疾病病情轻重以及考核疗效的指标。

Serum Atrial Natriuretic Factor Level in Hyrerthyroidism and Hypothyroidism

Objective\ To study the serum atrial natriuretic factor(ANF) level in hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism.\ Methods\ The serum ANF were measured in hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism by radio\|immunol assay(RIA).\ Results\ The serum ANF level was higher in hyperthyroidism and lower in hypothyroidism than controls before treatment(P<0 01).\ But the serum ANF level all returned to normal after treatment(P<0 05).\ Patients with heart disease in hyperthyroidism had higher level of ANF compared with hyperthyroidism without heart disease(P<0.01).\ There was positive relationship between ANF and free T\-3.\ Conclusion\ The ANF level can reflect the severity and therapeutic effects of thyroidism disease.
