青蒿琥酯对食蟹猴疟原虫在按蚊体内发育的影响

摘    要:目的 观察青蒿琥酯(Artesunste)对食蟹猴疟原虫在大劣按蚊体内发育的影响。方法 受疟原虫感染实验猴在肌注和静注青蒿琥酯各60mg之前、之后0h、2h各感染一批大劣按蚊;另取部分药前感染的大劣按蚊在感染后第3天和10.5天吸药血,另设一对照组吸正常猴血。各组实验蚊均在感染后第9天解剖蚊胃和第13天解剖涎腺,观察疟原虫在蚊体内发育情况。结果 药前组和药后0h组的蚊胃及唾腺感染阳性率均为100%,两组蚊胃卵囊平均密度、卵囊平均大小、子孢子平均感染度都无显性差异(P>0.5);药前组和药后2h组蚊胃卵囊平均密度有显性差异(P<0.5);大劣按蚊感染后第3天和10.5天吸药血组和吸正常血组,蚊胃卵囊平均密度、卵囊大小、子孢子平均感染度都无显性差异(P>0.1,P>0.5)。结论 青蒿琥酯对食蟹猴疟原虫在蚊体内的配子生殖、孢子增殖及子孢子进入唾腺无直接的抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of artesunate on the development of Plasmodium cynomolgi in anopheles dints and prevention against malaria. Methods Mosquitoes were allowed to suck blood from the PlasTnodiwn cynomolgi-infected monkey at Oh and at 2h after they were administered with 60mg of artesunate by the intramuscular and Vein injection. Some mosquitoes before giving drug were allowed to suck blood from the drug treated monkeys drug-bood at the 3rd and 10.5th day after infection, the control group was allowed to suck blood front untreated monkeys. All the mosquitoes were examined for oocysts on day 9 and sporozoites on day 13 after the first sucking blood. Results Positive rate of oocyst and sporozoit detection of the group that sucked blood from the monkey before giving drug were 100% as same as the group that sucked blood from the monkeys at Oh after giving drug.There was no significant different( P > 0.5) in the average density and the average size of oocyst and the average infection density of sporozoite between two groups. The average density of oocyst was different between the groups of mosquitoes sucking blood from the monkeys before and 2h after giving drug( P < 0.5) . There were no significant difference in the average density, average size of oocyst and average density of sporozoite( P >0.1, P >0.5) between the mosquitoes at the 3rd and 0. 5th day of infection sucked blood from drug-treated monkey before and 2h after giving drug( P < 0.5) . There were no significant differences in the average density, average size of oocyst and average density of sporozoite ( P > 0.1, P > 0.5) between the mosquitoes at the 3rd and 0.5th day of infection sucked blood from durg-treated monkey and the untreated monkey. Conclusion Artesunate could not inhabit the gamete reproduction, thus allow sporogony and sporozoit entering the salivary gland directly in Anopheles dints.
