| 摘 要： | 目的为我国建立药品损害赔偿机制提供参考模式。方法介绍瑞典药品保险制度的主要内容，并进行实效分析，以此为我国建立药品不良反应责任制度提供建设性意见。结果与结论我国应尽快建立适合于国情的药品损害赔偿机制，以维护患者的合法权益。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide the mode referred to establish compensation mechanism for drug-related injuries in China. Method Introducing and analyzing the Pharmaceutical Insurance in Sweden,put forward several suggestions on how to establish the ADR Responsibility mechanism of China. Result & Conclusion The com-pensation mechanism for drug-related injuries should be established according to our national condition,and therefore, the patient,s legal interests are to be protected. |
