异丙酚芬太尼静脉麻醉在人工流产术中的应用

为探讨异丙酚与芬太尼静脉麻醉在人工流产术中的镇痛效果，选择180例人工流产病人为观察组（采用异丙酚与芬太尼静脉麻醉下行人工流产术）；160例为对照组（行常规人工流产术）；观察镇痛效果、平均手术时间和阴道出血量、人流综合征发生率。结果观察组术中镇痛效果显著，病人无疼痛感；无1例人流综合征发生，术后腹痛程度较轻，与对照组比较，差异有极显著性意义（P＜0．01）；两组平均手术时间和阴道出血量比较，差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05）。提示应用异丙酚与芬太尼静脉麻醉行人工流产术中可减轻术中、术后疼痛、减少人流综合征发生率。

pplication of Isopropylphenol Plus Phentanyl Anaesthesia in Ind uced Abortion

In order to investigate the analgesic effect of isopropylphenol plus phentanyl anaesthesia in induced abortion, 180 cases undergoing induced abortion served as observation group (induced abortion under isopropylphenol plus phentanyl anaesthesia) and 160 as control group (routine induced abortion). The analgesic effect, average operational duration, vaginal hemorrhage and incidence of induced abortion syndrome were observed. The results showed that in the observation group the analgesic effect was significant and no one presented induced abortion syndrome (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in average operation duration and vaginal hemorrhage between the two groups (P>0.05). It was suggested that isopropylphenol plus phentanyl anaesthesia could alleviate the perioperational and postoperational pain and the incidence of induced abortion syndrome in induced abortion.
