| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨外伤性髋关节脱位的特点，合并症及半脱位形成的原因，资料与方法：测量40例健康成人的髋关节间隙对照分析34例外伤性髋关节脱位的CT表现，结果：后脱位15例占44．12％，中心型脱位9例占26．47％，半脱位8例占23．53％，陈旧性脱位2例占5．88％，结论：CT对发现外伤性髋关节脱位及其合并症能提供有力的诊断依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the imaging features, complications and causes of semiluxation of traumatic hip joint dislocation.Materials and Methods Hip joint space was measured in 40 healthy subjects and in 34 patients of traumatic hip joint dislocation. A comparison was made between two groups. CT findings of traumatic hip joint dislocation were analyzed.Results Backward dislocation was seen in 15 cases (44.12%), central dislocation in 9 cases (26.47%), semiluxation in 8 cases (23.53%), and old dislocation in 2 cases (5.88%).Conclusion CT scanning is very sensitive in detecting traumatic hip joint dislocation and its complications. |
