| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病(DM)最常见的慢性微血管并发症,DN的早期诊断和治疗显得极为重要.DN患者早期起病隐匿,常规检查方法难以发现尿蛋白的阳性结果.本文就DN发病机理和近年来DN检测指标的新进展作一简要概述.

| Abstract: | DN is a common chronic micro-vessel complication of diabetes, the early diagnosis and treatment is very important.Its early attack is very hidden, the routine tests are hard to find the positive urinary albumen.The article makes a summary on the new developments on its incidence mechanism and the DN test indexes in recent years. |
