护理干预对骨科手术病人拔尿管后尿潴留的影响

目的]探讨护理干预对骨科手术病人拔尿管后尿潴留的影响.方法]102例骨科择期手术病人随机分为实验组和对照组.每组51例,对照组采用常规传统护理方法,实验组采用系统的护理干预,观察并比较两组病人术后拔尿管后发生尿潴留的情况.结果]实验组拔尿管后发生尿潴留2例,对照组拔尿管后发生尿潴留18例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论]对骨科手术病人进行系统的护理干预可明显降低拔尿管后尿潴留的发生.

Influence of nursing interventions on postoperative patients with urine retention after orthopedic operation and pulling out of urinary canal

Objective:To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on patient undergoing orthopedic operation complicated with urine retention after pulling out of urinary canal.Methods:A total of 102 orthopedic patients accepted selective operations were divided into test and control group randomly and 51 cases each.Cases of control group accepted routine traditional nursing care.And patients of test group accepted systematic nursing interventions.The occurrence of urine retention after pulling out of urinary canal after orthopedic operation between both group cases were observed and compared.Results:Only two cases had urine retention in test group after pulling out urinary canal.And 18 cases had urine retention in control group after pulling out urinary canal.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:To carry out systematic nursing interventions for patients undergoing orthopedic operation can decrease the occurrence of urine retention after pulling out of urinary canal.
