广州地区乡镇卫生院资源配置状况研究

目的：全面掌握广州地区乡镇卫生院资源配置状况，为调整、优化其资源配置提供政策建议。方法：自行设计问卷对广州地区54间乡镇卫生院资源配置状况进行普查，对资料进行统计分析。结果：2002—2006年间，广州地区乡镇卫生院在职工总数、床位、业务用房面积、设备、资产总额等方面均有较大幅度增长，乡镇卫生院的规模不断扩大，资源配置总体水平较高，但各卫生院之间以及各行政区域之间资源配置的水平存在巨大差异。结论：政府有关部门应当加大对资源配置薄弱乡镇卫生院的扶持力度，适度抑制优势卫生院不合理的扩张冲动，在调整现有资源配置状况的同时将新增资源优先向落后地区倾斜，改善资源配置不平衡的状况，促进乡镇卫生院协调发展。

Resources allocation of the townshiphospitals in Guangzhou area

Objectives To explore the resources allocation of township hospitals in Guangzhou city comprehensively and to provide advice for making policies on resources allocation.Methods Resources allocation ot the 54 township hospitals in Guangzhou was investigated through the questionnaire,and the data were analyzed by using statistical methods.Results From 2002 to 2006,the number of the staff,beds,service rooms,equipments,total assets increase fast in township hospitals,and the scale grows to be larger.The overall level of the resource allocation is high,but there are great differences among the township hospitals and areas.Conclusion The government should strengthen the support for the township hospitals which are weak in resources allocation,and control the unreasonable expansion of the advantageous hospitals.On the basis of regulating the existing resources the new resources should be allocated more to the undeveloped areas,so as to improve the imbalance of the resources allocation and to promote the development of the township hospitals.
