Mason手术在中低位直肠肿瘤局部切除术中的应用价值

目的:探讨Mason手术在中低位直肠肿瘤局部切除术中的应用价值。方法:对1994年10月至2005年10月采用Ma-son手术作局部切除的42例中低位直肠肿瘤患者资料作回顾性分析。结果:42例中直肠腺瘤10例,直肠癌30例,直肠类癌2例,恶性肿瘤中Tis-T1期21例,T2-T3期11例,病理证实切缘无肿瘤残留。术后随访其中1例因肝转移死亡,1例因复发行Miles手术。结论:Mason手术可作为直肠中低位良性肿瘤以及Tis-T1期中低位直肠癌的首选术式,对于进展期直肠癌选施Mason手术后应辅以放疗。

Mason procedure for local excision of middle and lower rectal tumour

Objective:To investigate the value of Mason procedure for local excision of middle and lower rectal tumour.Methods:Clinical data of forty-two patients with tumor in middle and low rectum were treated by Mason surgical procedure for local excision from October 1994 to October 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of 42 patients , 10 were with rectal adenoma,30 with rectal cancer and 2 with rectal carcinoid. Tumor stages were Tis-T1 stage in 21 patients, T2-T3 stage in 11 patients. No patients with positive margins in the resected specimens. All patients were followed-up. One patient was dead because of liver metastasis,one patient had been accepted Miles procedure because of recrudescence. Conclusion:Mason procedure can be chosen for local excision in middle and lower benign rectal tumour or cancer(Tis-T1 stage). It is necessary to give radiation therapy for progressive rectal cancer after Mason procedure.
