摘    要:目的:探讨综合护理干预对血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院2012年10月~2013年10月需要进行血液透析的200例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者进行常规的血液透析护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予综合护理干预。使用SF-36生活质量量表对两组患者进行干预后评分。结果观察组患者发生高血钾症等急性疾病的发生率显著降低,患者在情感得分、健康指数、一般感情指数和生活满意度等方面的评分明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够有效维持血液透析患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing interventions on the life quality of patients receiving hemodialysis. Methods 200 patients requiring hemodialysis in our hospital from Oct 2012 to Oct 2013 were selected and randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group. The control group was given conventional hemodialysis nursing while the observation group was given additional comprehensive nursing interventions on the basis. SF-36 quality of life scale was used for post-intervention evaluation on the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly lower incidence of hyperkalemia and other acute diseases, and higher emotional score, health index, general emotional index and life satisfaction, with statistical significance(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively maintain the life quality of patients receiving hemodialysis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
