急性下壁心肌梗死合并缓慢性心律失常的临床研究

目的分析静脉溶栓联合参附注射液治疗急性下壁心肌梗死合并缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法收集2011年1月～2013年1月本院收治的40例急性下壁心肌梗死合并缓慢性心律失常患者临床资料,将患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组例数均为20例。对照组采取常规治疗,研究组实施静脉溶栓联合参附注射液治疗,最后分析两组患者治疗有效率、心律变化、缓慢心律失常持续时间以及血脂水平变化等。结果研究组总有效率为90．00％,明显高于对照组的75．00％,差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。研究组治疗后心率、缓慢心律失常持续时间、血脂水平变化明显优于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均无发生明显不良反应。结论静脉溶栓联合参附注射液治疗急性下壁心肌梗死合并缓慢性心律失常,有利于缩短缓慢心律失常的持续时间,提高心室率,降低血脂水平,安全性与有效性显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical study on acute inferior myocardial infarction with bradyarrhythmia

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolytic therapy combined with Shenfu injection in the treatment of acute inferior myocardial infarction with bradyarrhythmia. Methods 40 cases＇ clinical datum of acute inferior myocardial infarction with bradyarrhythmia in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, each group had 20 cases. The control group was given conventional therapy,the study group was received intravenous thrombolysis combined with Shenfu injection treatment. The efficiency,rhythm changes, duration of bradyarrhythmia and lipid levels changes of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group,there had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, the rhythm, duration of bradyarrhythmia and lipid levels changes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, there had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. All the patients in the two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion The method of intravenous thromholysis combined with Shenfu injection in the treatment of acute inferior myocardial infarction with bradyarrhythmia is conducive to shorten the duration of bradyarrhythmia, improve the ventricular rate and lower the blood lipids levels, the safety and effectiveness are significant, and it is worthy for clinical promotion.
