中药结合针灸治疗脑梗死的临床观察

目的以益气活血通脉类的中药为例配合针灸治疗脑梗死，观察其疗效。方法选用36例脑梗死患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各18例，观察组采用益气通脉的中药治疗方法，包括当归、党参、黄芪、赤芍等来配合针灸对脑梗死患者进行治疗，对照组采用西医治疗。结果观察组的总有效率为83．3％，对照组的总有效率为50．0％，两组总效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而在临床不良反应方面，观察组患者明显好少于对照组，组间比较差异明显，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论与西医治疗脑梗死相比，中药配合针灸治疗效果更好，值得在临床上广泛应用。

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine represented by tonifying Qi （yiqi）,invigorating blood circulation （huoxue） and promoting coronary circulation （tongmai）, combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 36 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly assigned to observation group and control group, with 18 in each group. The observation group was received treatment of tradition Chinese medicine of yiql and tongmai. Herbs such as angelica sinensis （danggui）,eodonopsis pilosula （dangshen）,astragalus membranaceus （huangqi） and reaoma lactiflora （Chishao）,combined with acupuncture,were applied in treating cerebral infarction.The control group was received the treatment of Western medicine. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 83.8%,while that in control group was only 50.0%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.In the aspect of clinical adverse effects, observation group was better than control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with Western medicine in treating cerebral infarction, traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture has a better effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
