微通道与标准通道经皮肾镜治疗合并肾内感染的肾结石的效果观察

目的探讨微通道与标准通道经皮肾镜治疗合并肾内感染的肾结石的临床效果。方法将本院2010年6月～2013年8月收治的90例合并感染的肾结石患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例，对照组患者采用标准通道经皮肾镜治疗，观察组患者采用微通道经皮肾镜治疗，比较两组患者的疗效。结果对照组患者的术中出血量、手术时间与观察组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。对照组患者一期碎石率高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组结石残留率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。对照组患者的感染率明显低于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于合并肾内感染的直径〉2cm的肾结石，标准通道的疗效优于微通道。

Results observation of micro channels and standard channels percutaneous nephroscope treatment of kidney stones combined kidney infections

Objective To explore the clinical effect of micro channels and standard percutaneous nephroscope treatment of kidney stones combined kidney infections. Methods 90 patients with kidney stones combined kidney infections were treated in our hospital from June 2010 to August 2013,they were divided into the control group and observation group, each group of 45 cases,the control group patients were treated by standard channel percutaneous nephroscope treatment,observation group patients were treated with micro channel percutaneous nephroscope,the curative effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results the intraoperative blood loss,operating time in control group compared with the observation group,there was no statistically significant difference（P 〉 0.05）.The gravel rate of first stage in control group was higher than that of observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）,the calculi residual rate between the two groups bad no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）. the infection rate in control group was significantly lower than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the diameter of the infection in the kidney ~ 2cm of kidney stones,the curative effect of standard channel is better than that of microchannel.
