活血化瘀中药抗肿瘤转移作用的研究进展

血瘀证与血液的高黏状态密切相关，而多数恶性肿瘤患者有血瘀证的表现，气滞血瘀贯穿于肿瘤的各个病理阶段及其整个发病过程。活血化瘀中药有改善肿瘤患者血瘀状态的确切作用，因而其被用于治疗恶性肿瘤，并用于抗肿瘤转移，其作用可能机制在于纠正肿瘤细胞的缺氧微环境、抑制肿瘤转移相关黏附分子表达、增强其对化疗药物的敏感性、抑制肿瘤微血管生成等方面。但是，改善患者血瘀状态是否能降低肿瘤的转移率尚存争议，在某些肿瘤及肿瘤转移的某些环节上可能有促进肿瘤转移作用，对这一问题需要警惕。

Progress in studies on antitumor metastasis effect of activating blood and dissolving stasis herbs

Blood stasis syndrome refers to a condition in which any pathological change is characterized by retarded or impeded blood flow, which is closely related to blood hyperviscosity state and is one of the most common condition to most patients with malignant tumors. Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis exist in every pathological stage of tumor, and play a important role throughout the tumor pathogenesis. Activating Blood and Dissolving Stasis herbs has definite effect to improve the state of blood stasis in patients with tumors, which are used for the treatment of malignant tumors, and for anti metastasis. The mechanism for antimetastasis may be that corrected the tumor hypoxia microenvironment, inhibiting the expression adhesion molecules of tumor metastasis, enhancing the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs, and inhibiting proliferation of microvascular. However, there is still a controversial in whether the herbs could decrease tumor metastasis rate through improving the state of blood stasis, this problem requires vigilance.
