生物多糖冲洗胶液在人工股骨头置换术中的应用

摘    要:目的:评价生物多糖冲洗胶液在人工股骨头置换术中的止血效果。方法48例行人工股骨头置换术的患者随机分至两组,观察组应用生物多糖冲洗胶液,对照组应用生理盐水处理创面。结果观察组中患者术后总引流量为(243.70±112.17)mL,对照组为(382.68±130.20)mL,两组病例术后总引流量的比较有明显差异(P<0.01);术后观察组的输血率为2%,而对照组的输血率为32%,两组病例术后输血率比较有明显差异(P<0.05);两组患者的入院年龄、术前血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比积(HCT)、血小板总数(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、术中出血量、不良事件等均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论生物多糖冲洗胶液能有效治疗术后创面出血,且方便、安全,具有确切的临床使用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the reducing bleeding efficacy of bio-polysaccharide washing colloidal solution in artificial femoral head replacement. Methods 48 patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement were randomly assigned to receive using bio-polysaccharide washing colloidal solution(Group Ⅰ ),stroke-physiological saline solution(GroupⅡ) in operation. Results Total postoperative drainage volume in GroupⅠwas (243.70±112.17) mL,which was significantly as against Group Ⅱ (382.68±130.20)mL(P 〈 0.01). Postoperative transfusion of blood rates in GroupⅠwas 2%,which was significantly as against GroupⅡ32%(P〈0.05). Groups' preoperative levels of age,hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),total number of platelets(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),adverse event were no-significantly(P〉 0.05). Conclusion Bio-polysaccharide washing colloidal solution can effectively treat postoperative bleeding, and convenient, safe, with the exact clinical value.
