鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床研究

目的：探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法将本院2010年3月~2013年3月收治的110例慢性鼻窦炎患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各55例，对照组给予传统的鼻外径路手术治疗，观察组给予鼻内镜手术治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果对照组患者的总有效率为87.3%，明显低于观察组的94.5%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组患者的总并发症发生率为5.45%，明显低于观察组的14.54%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果显著，并发症发生率低。

Clinical research of nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods 110 patients with chronic sinusitis were admitted in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013, they were divided into control group and observation group, each group of 55 cases, the control group was given nasal outer diameter of the traditional road surgery treatment, the observation group was given nasal endoscopic surgery treatment, the clinical efficacy and complications of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in control group of 87.3%was significantly less than that of the observation group （94.5%）, compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total complication rate in control group was 5.45%, it was significantly less than 14.54% of the observation group, the compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of nasal endoscopy for the treatment of chronic sinusitis is better, and it has low complication rates.
